Leading AWT in its 20th year, Teresa manages a robust schedule of programs and projects promoting rewarding careers in manufacturing to all in the Lake, Geauga, and Ashtabula communities. AWT has something available for K-12 and beyond. Manufacturing Tours, SMI Summer Camps, JuniorBots, RoboBots, ThinkMfg Student Expo, Apprenticeship Programs, and more! AWT is also proud to serve as the Industry Sector Partner for Lake, Geauga, and Ashtabula Counties, leading collaboration between businesses, education, and training providers to improve our region’s workforce.Teresa is currently overseeing the construction of the AWT Northeast Ohio Transformation Training Center located at 8980 Tyler Blvd. in Mentor, Ohio. This facility will be the first of its kind in Northeast Ohio. It will house all AWT programs including the AWT Apprenticeship, a blended educational model with online and in-person, expert training.Teresa possesses a solid background in manufacturing and nonprofit financial and facilities management to benefit AWT, our members, community, and educational partners. She enjoys connecting people and developing solutions that benefit all.
