Working is a gift and something I have enjoyed my entire career. The daily challenges and constant shifting of company requirements creates an environment that is exciting and puts my knowledge and experience to the test.Throughout my career I have had the pleasure of working in several different positions and this has given me opportunities to both manage and work in billing, training, service delivery, process improvement, collections, data review, bidding, customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution.
