About Teresa Moon Hauck
Most organizations approach change as a series of boxes to be moved and timelines to be met. But during major transitions, the \"human reality\" is usually much more complex. People don’t just need a project plan; they need to know their voice is heard and their culture is respected.AN ARCHITECT OF CHANGE. As an Executive Advisor, I act as a seamless extension of your leadership team. My role isn\'t to walk in with a rigid, one-size-fits-all methodology. Instead, I take a holistic and strategic view to build something that honors the positive aspects of your culture while staying strictly aligned with your five-year vision and strategy. I provide a people-first perspective on major transformational efforts, translating complex shifts into plain language that every level of the organization can internalize and accept.UNCOVERING THE GROUND TRUTH. I specialize in one-on-one listening to identify what is working well and—more importantly—the specific roadblocks holding the team back. I excel at finding those key changes that help the organization work more effectively and drive continuous improvement.BUILDING GENUINE TRUST. This is the foundation of my work. When I speak with individuals, they know their specific comments are kept in strict confidence. This creates a safe space for people to be honest, allowing me to act as a trusted advisor who can share the big-picture themes with leadership without compromising personal relationships. This balance ensures that leaders get the unvarnished truth they need to protect the organization\'s health.BRIDGING THE GAP. I am highly effective at connecting different departments. I partner closely with various teams across the organization to make sure our efforts are integrated and aligned. By building strong one-on-one relationships, I ensure that everyone is pulling in the same direction and that the transition makes sense for the entire company.A CANDID AND DIRECT PARTNERSHIP. I believe in being open with the leaders I support. If I see a risk that could hurt the organization’s health or the success of the transition, I will share it. My goal is to help you understand the \"why\" behind the feedback from your people and the risks of leaving those issues unaddressed. I provide the honest insights you need to make the best decisions for the future of the company. My work is grounded in my M.Ed. in HROD and backed by certifications like CCMP and Prosci, but I lead with a simple philosophy: Listening to what matters most—your people.
