Access required repairs, obtain bids and supervise said repairs and maintenance prior to during marketing of non-performing or renovated assets. Prepare monthly inspection reports, negotiate contracts and coordinate closings. Provide detailed HUD with all offers. Ensure timely receipt of sale proceeds and finalization of all services. Submit detailed closed file RESIDENTIAL ACQUISITION SKILLS Analyze metro Atlanta residential real estate market, work jointly with homeowners and/or investor to achieve and expedite the sale of residential real estate. • Collaborate with investor\'s reovations team on renovation projects, ensuring that communication ( either oral and written) during various phase of the project. • Have strong technical skills (Excel, Word, Android) with a \"figure it out\" attitude or the ability to learn quickly with unfamiliar or advanced applications.
