Throughout my career, I celebrate when the sales team and leaders have achieved personal and professional goals. I delight in providing the motivation and business development training that revolutionizes the sales and market share growth of those whom I had the opportunity to work with. As a mentor, I model effective ways to build and grow businesses to impact their income and their life style. I am all about teaching people how to dream and then achieve those dreams through step-by-step action plans. My career has focused on direct sales companies but the strategies and programs are transferable to any market and any company. One of the things unique about me is the way I have embraced technology and used it in business development and sales management.
