I\'m a Chief of Staff and Business Manager with deep experience in marketing, community strategy, and communications. I cut my teeth as a CoS in 2020 and haven\'t looked back. Roughly six weeks prior to an acquisition and eight weeks before the pandemic shut down the world, I leapt into a Chief of Staff role that demanded- Strategic thinking and a focus on the system rather than the components of our business- Sprinting up a steep learning curve to quickly pivot from marketing to executive support and business strategy- Operating as a team of one *and* a team of many, connecting groups and work streams across organizational boundaries and relationships- Quickly building trust with new colleagues and collaborators- Deep listening and translation skills (I like to say I\'m a corporate jargon translator)- Acting as a trusted partner to the CEO/Head of Business and other members of the leadership team- Informed, clear, and empathetic communication at scale- Change adoption and advocacy- The desire to continue learning and growing through it allIn 2022, I decided to strike out on my own and offer this same skill set (and more!) in an independent capacity. I am a Business Manager, Chief of Staff, communications professional, and a really good thought partner for hire.
