I am a licensed professional engineer specializing in water resources engineering, with a wide range of consulting experience in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, watershed studies, flood mitigation planning and design, floodplain modeling, BMPs, permitting, and storm water modeling and design for public and private clients.I regularly tackle water resources projects that address challenging stormwater management and flood mitigation issues. I manage multi-disciplined teams, schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement from the study phase through final design and construction on complex stormwater and flood mitigation projects.I serve as the Water Resources Practice Leader for HR Green, leading teams across five states. I am a board member for ACEC-IA, and I was formerly the chair of the Iowa Floodplain and Stormwater Management Association.
