   I am a proud member of the MCAA team. For more than 2 decades I have helped the Association to grow membership and expand resources. My career in Association Management began in 1997 as an Administrative Assistant. For many years I was responsible for managing and producing data programs and market insight reports. In 2012, I was promoted to Vice President and my focus became membership growth, retention and new program development. In 2016, I was appointed Association President by the Board of Directors. As President, I am responsible for the operations of MCAA including strategic planning, financial management, member communications, program development, membership development, retention, staff oversight, and meeting/event planning. MCAA is a growing and thriving organization. Our commitment is to provide members with reliable management data, industry insight and unparalleled opportunities for networking. We strive to help member organizations solve their most critical business or industry problems.
