ABOUT TERESA ROUSHAR

I am an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager with expertise in Project Management and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. I’ve built and lead multiple teams where I have demonstrated my transformative leadership style through coaching and mentoring to obtain positive employee engagement.My innate ability to see the granular details while keeping the high level view in scope, and to be able to communicate, dissect, and deliver information with teams on the ground floor as well executive leadership helps me to complete projects and tasks at hand. I am a motivated self-starter who loves a challenge, thrives in difficult situations. An exceptional accomplishment of mine was building and leading the startup eBay AG program which partnered with Collectors Inc. This successful launch was built in just 8 weeks with heavy collaboration with IT, Real Estate, Security, TA, Operations, and eBay. Demonstrating my ability to implement positive change by delivering data driven improvements to reduce operational costs, increase efficiencies, and successful completion of key projects is a key passion of mine. I build exceptional presentations and dashboards to deliver data driven reporting metrics on the project at hand to all leadership levels.
