ABOUT TERESA PUCCI

Energy Equipment Project Director Engineering with 20 years’ experience across Energy, Aerospace, and Automotive. In Baker Hughes in my current role, I am responsible for the end-to-end leadership of engineering activities for a highly complex natural gas liquefaction project. I lead multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders to ensure technical integration, solution quality, and alignment with operational and business requirements. My scope includes managing critical interfaces, overseeing project milestones, and contributing to strategic decisions impacting schedule, cost, and overall feasibility. The objective is to ensure robust and sustainable project execution, mitigating risks while maximizing value for the Customer and Company.Prior to current role, I have been Assembly Testing and Packaging CoE Leader in Energy Equipment and Massa Plant Director with full operational, HSEQ and employer sub-delegation responsibilities. Formerly I\'ve been responsibile of directing another Baker Hughes Plant (Talamona) and prior I led New Product & New Technology Development inside Engineering.
