ABOUT TERESA MCCARTHY

Teresa brings 30 years of experience in organization effectiveness, talent management, and culture development to her consulting practice. Her passion lies in helping scientific and health care companies build leaders and the organizations required to bring innovative products to patients. Teresa has worked with clients through various large scale change, organization design and effectiveness efforts. She has a proven ability to successfully partner with clients on a variety of strategic and enterprise-wide initiatives.
