Working closely with the Alumni/ae Association Board of Governors and its individual committees to streamline processes and develop more efficient means of communication between the College and the Board, as well as between individual members and committees- Managing multiple Reunion milestone classes and their fundraising goals- Leading the annual Senior Class Gift fundraising campaign- Collaborating cross-departmentally and with external vendors for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events ranging from attendees- Preparing meeting and event printed materials- Creating mass mailings for event invitations, College updates, fundraising appeals, stewardship, and other relevant communications that meet Universal Design for Learning accessibility guidelines- Building event pages, registration forms, and confirmation emails- Acting liaison between Alumni/ae Affairs and Development Data Services- Maintaining the office budget, invoices, check requests, and credit card- Building relationships with alumni/ae, students, faculty, staff, and key stakeholders- Proposed, developed, and implemented the first LGBTQ+ alumni/ae career panel.
