About Teresa Hudock
I am a veterinarian and researcher currently leading Mechanistic biology just after leading research projects and strategies in companion animal dermatology and internal medicine portfolio and project spaces. I have also built a strategic alliance program resulting in at least 8 million in direct savings from scratch and successfully passed said program to new leader. I am an expert in linking clinical expertise with scientific approaches, while understanding the financial implications of those decisions. My reputation supports time and cost savings with scientific rigor while supporting employees. Previously, I have worked as a drug developer as a project leader, efficacy and target animal safety leader during which I served dual roles with a short-term assignment managing studies and building clinical capabilities. I have experience getting products approved and have designed efficacy, safety, target animal safety, immunogenicity, new models, etc. I have experience and training in both clinical and traditional scientific research settings. I am currently working in animal health but have also worked in human health research settings. Additionally, I am an expert in disease modeling and translational medicine. I am a global thinker with advanced problem-solving skills who easily adapts to new challenges. I am a strong and effective communicator who rapidly masters new techniques and methodologies to achieve clear results quickly. I have experience leading scientific projects with outside collaborators. I have completed a fellowship. Additionally, I work well with team members and individuals from diverse backgrounds. I enjoy both domestic and international travel and have leadership experience.
