The Project Analyst are responsible for the following:* Consult on FCS and General Ledger Options, to determine how to Interface with the Client\'s Internal General Ledger system.*Consult on setting up the Client\'s Reconcilation File. The Reconciliation file helps the Client reconcile their daily General Ledgers.* Develop the Project Analysts in Option and General Ledger analysis. Ensure their Option Templates are up-to-date and similiar in appearance.* Work with the Project Analysts to ensure they are testing out the Client\'s options and that they are completing First Occurence Testing.* Work with the Project Analyst Team to ensure their Work Plans include the detail daily tasks.* Develop the Associate Directors that report to me, to better assist the Project Analysts, to include: coming up with a 30, 60 and 120 work plans.* Work with the Associate Directors on resource capactity to ensure that we have allocate the resources accordingly.* Work with the Training and Assessment/Consulting Team\'s to ensure that we are working as \"One TSYS\".* I serve as the BURMC for our Division. I ensure that all the management within our Division has up-to-date Disaster Recovery plans incase of an emergency.
