ABOUT TERESA FRANCIS
Having more than ten years of experience working in different profiles within Information Technology Department in Timken. Initially, handled admin role then moved on to PlanView support, worked in Cherwell Team, SAP Release Management, IT Portfolio Team and uPerform Admin. I’m well versed in Ancile uPeform tool and PlanView Support tool. Did manual testing for few IT projects. Worked in The Cherwell Service Management platform for 1.5yrs. Worked as SAP Release Management Coordinator for couple of months by moving the SAP Transports to production after reviewing the change requests, the testing scenarios, reviewing the necessary approvals. Attended CAB meetings to review the change requests and interacted with various change owners, project managers and the BPOs. Worked in both the new tools like Cherwell and SAP release management teams in the initial months of the new setup in the Team. I work as uPerform Admin in the Business Readiness Team in developing e-learning courses for Timken University. Developed more than 100s of courses and of users have benefited accessing these courses in TU. These courses are molded with various modules, exercises, learning checkpoints and simulations. I\'m well versed in uPerform Admin client and their servers in publishing the documents and maintaining the library folders. I have trained a couple of them in the company and mentored them. Also, currently work in IT Portfolio team in the management of the IT projects, assessing new projects requests, lead weekly project review meetings, reviewing ongoing project status and approve the completed projects and review the project closure summaries. I\'m a quick learner, adaptable, customer focused and resulted oriented person and good at mentoring.
