In the last years I am dealing with genetic susceptibility to Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in multiplex Sardinia families, by management and statistical analysis of Immunochip genotyping, expression and protein data, using innovative informatic and bioinformatic tools, for finding molecular pathway that are functionally relevant to the eziology and/or treatment of MS and for identify casual molecular mechanisms underlying the disease also in the framework of casual inference.Computer skills: programming languages C, R. I\'ve a very good knowledge of STATA and other packages currently used in statistics, genetic statistics (MQLS, IBDLD, IMPUTE, MACH, SOLAR, PLIK, Eigenstrat, Merlin), data management, bioinformatics tools and genome browser.
