After working several years in public and private traffic and transportation engineering positions, I founded Traffic Engineering Solutions (TES) in 1996. My husband, Chad Epple, whose experience includes civil engineering positions with other well-known engineering firms, formed Southeastern Engineering, Inc.(SEI) in In 2005, we merged our two successful companies – Traffic Engineering Solutions, Inc.(TES) and Southeastern Engineering, Inc.(SEI), respectively – under the Southeastern Engineering name to provide a full package of diversified engineering services to local, state and federal agencies. Since then, SEI has established a reputation for maintaining project excellence and a strong commitment to clients. Today, I serve as SEI’s President and majority owner and serve the firm as the principal traffic/transportation engineer and administrative operations manager. Chad as the Vice President serves the firm as the principal civil engineer/manager and operations director.Our goals and philosophy are synonymous and that is Client Satisfaction can only be measured by the Client by “listening” to what they say and offering “options” to realize their vision and reality.
