TRD Associates, Advocates was set up by Mrs.Teresa Daulat in October, 2016 as a full service law firm. While the Firm itself is relatively new, it is founded and staffed by experienced lawyers with deep and extensive experience in India. We have a multi-disciplinary practice to serve the clients. While we primarily practice in Bombay High Court, our practice extends to various High Courts in India as well as the Supreme Court of India. Our goal is to provide quick, efficient, high quality and personalized legal service, suited to the clients’ requirements, maintaining a traditional attorney-client relationship with complete confidentiality. We believe in paying attention to details and build legal strategy by considering legal, commercial and political factors. Our practice areas include the full spectrum of legal services in Commercial and General Litigation including Arbitration and Intellectual Property Rights, Collaborations and Joint Ventures, advising on Mergers and Acquisitions, advising on commercial arrangements, day-to-day corporate legal issues and legal issues concerning business and commercial matters, preparing documentation for varied commercial contracts, Infrastructure, Property and Real Estate Transactions.
ABOUT TERESA DAULAT
Mrs. Teresa Daulat is a first-generation Lawyer who has herself/independently handled complex litigation and arbitration matters, including Infrastructure, property, company, intellectual property, shipping, environment and constitution. She has attended to matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities including Supreme Court and High Court of Bombay and has worked with legal luminaries like Fali Nariman, Harish Salve, Shyam Divan, Janak Dwarkadas and Rohit Kapadia amongst others. In October, 2016 she started her independent practice by setting up her law firm known as TRD Associates, Advocates. While the Firm itself is relatively new, it is founded and staffed by experienced lawyers with deep and extensive experience in India.
