Supporting Master\'s, PhD students and professionals connected to Nottingham University Business School. Providing client centred careers support, guidance and CPD.# Devised and facilitated the Accelerated Career Leaders Programme (ACLP) which is a professional career development programme for all Business School MSc students. This includes pre-entry online webinars as well as providing weekly teaching sessions and a range of additional professional skills training and workshops tailored to student needs.# Experienced training facilitator and teaching provider covering small and large groups (groups can be up to 500).# Supporting Business School international student recruitment team for several years this has involved visits to China (Shanghai and Beijing) where I met agents and supported events to sell the benefits of studying at the University of Nottingham with incoming student and existing alumni as well as though pre-entry online presentations to incoming students.# Leading the activities of the “International Student Group” within the Careers and Employability Service and represented the University externally as a member of the Midlands International Group which has involved delivering a range of webinars and producing articles which are now part of the MIG online resources.# Involved in engaging external employers and organisations to work with Master\'s students and PhD researchers. During 2018 this resulted in careers talks and professional links with contacts at Rolls Royce, Clifford Chance, Accenture, BBC and Delta Simons on areas relating to Consulting, Sustainability and Human Resources Management.# Leading and facilitating the Accelerated Career Leader Programme (ACLP) which is a professional career development module linked to a wide range of MSc courses in the Business School and includes around 1300 students per year.
