Performance, Change Agility and Employee Insights Primary duties included shaping the vision and strategy for LM Perform and leading a cross-functional team of 20 in the design of philosophies, approaches and enabling technologies for core elements such as goals, feedback, check-ins and the year-end close out. This effort required extensive executive stakeholder engagement and influence, external research, maturity model development and effective collaboration across LMC to ensure the design complimented business and culture strategies was scalable and sustainable.
