Neopenda is a global health tech startup that I co-founded while a graduate student at Columbia University. We are passionate about creating innovative, user-centric solutions that address urgent healthcare challenges for vulnerable populations. Our first product is a 4-in-1 wearable vital signs monitor for newborns in hospitals in low-resource settings, and aims to help reduce neonatal mortality from preventable causes. As a co-founder of Neopenda I have worked in product development, design, testing, fundraising, marketing, as well as working on the ground in Uganda with our partners and stakeholders. As a founder of Neopenda I been a part of several accelerator programs- Relevant Health (Oct 2015-Mar 2016)- PULSE@ Mass Challenge (Jan-Jun 2017)- GE-GSBI Healthymagination Mother & Child Program (July 2017-Feb 2018)- Techstars Chicago (Jul-Oct 2018)
