Reporting directly to the EMEA Supply Chain Coordinator, is mainly responsible to develop and implement monthly and weekly material plan and capacity for the entire Supply Chain to ensure the high On Time Delivery to customers and high Inventory Turns, update volume and mix based on rolling forecasts, maintaining direct focus on all big projects, set up the best planning strategies and manufacturing policies to improve flexibility for the product lines assigned and maximize the results. He has to work on daily base with production on fulfillment of the production plan and with Global Customer Order Management to provide visibility of product availability and to optimize logistic costs.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES•​Achieving Inventory Turns Target•​Driving improvements to minimize obsolescence and scraps•​Maximizing customer OTD•​Improving planning strategy in order to increase manufacturing flexibility and efficiency•​Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders;•​Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements;•​Working with managers to implement the company\'s policies and goals
