As the Manager of Talent Acquisition, I am responsible for leading the TA Team and overseeing the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring, for all three brands. I also develop and implement retention and pipeline strategies, metrics and reporting, vendor management, ATS implementation and management, succession planning, organizational development, referral program development, staff training, people leader training, mentoring and coaching, candidate experience and onboarding.
