Lifestyles to Live is the new \"L\" in Real Estate. “Location” is the \"L\" that is part of what we typically focus on. Most important to “Today’s” Buyers is finding a home where there interests and goals for day to day living match with the Lifestyle of the community. That is the “L” shift. Today’s “L” is for Lifestyle. Most important to home buyers in the 3rd & 4th quarter of life (after age 50) where they have achieved equity with the first or second home and now, they want to dial into exactly what they want. It could be closer to work to avoid traffic time, or it could be with a water view, on a golf course. Or for the more seasoned buyers, it’s time to downsize to smaller homes in walkable communities, closer to shopping and entertainment, close to children. This list could be expanded to a much longer list of lifestyle preferences. One’s we have not even thought of yet. To me, the important \"L\" to consider, is to \"Listen\"! What is the Lifestyle that would bring Joy to my clients, what important considerations need to be included inside those 4 walls of the place we call “Home”? One level living? Smart homes?
