I am responsible for handling various projects to increase the Florida Medicaid Case Management and Utilization Management teams productivity and compliance. In my role, I create executive summaries that I then present to the leaders and associates. I also conduct a majority of the reports on my team & do data analyses. Some of the software that I utilize include SQL, PowerBI, OneNote, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Avaya CMS Supervisor and SharePoint.
