Following the divestiture of eOne Film & TV and the creation of Hasbro Entertainment, I was appointed as Rightsline system owner and administrator – leading all configurations, workflows, governance, and business transformation efforts.I manage the rights lifecycle across inbound (co-productions, acquisitions) and outbound (global licensing) deals. Working in a lean team of two, I also manage and mentor the Content Coordinator while collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Finance, TechOps, and BI.Key contributions: Led the Hasbro-side re-implementation of Rightsline, migrating and rebuilding data and workflows for a standalone instance post-divestiture Act as the final checkpoint for rights validation across deals, contracts, and availability logic – advising on complex rights issues and managing executive-level escalations Design and deliver transformation projects to streamline workflows, improve metadata integrity, and enhance rights system usability – including Materials Availability tracking and Customer Avails reporting in Power BI Oversee system administration including user management, monthly audits, configuration testing, bulk data updates, and ticket handling Train Rightsline and reporting users; maintain usage standards and workflow compliance Respond to ad hoc rights queries and reporting requests from stakeholders – including deal history analysis, platform availability reviews, and brand-level licensing snapshots Mentor a direct report within a leaner team (downsized from 10 to 2), focusing on rights literacy and systems confidence Recently trained on FilmTrack to support Hasbro’s production-side rights and catalogue visibility
