Kennedy Law Group is committed to providing its clients with high level of professional services at a reasonable price. While attending to the needs of my current clients, I am seeking a discrete number of new clients as well. I focus on family businesses, entrepreneurs, and other closely held businesses. I concentrate on mergers and acquisitions in the lower middle market, private placements, business divorces, business planning, shareholder agreements and general corporate, commercial and contract matters. In essence, I act as general counsel for many of my clients who cannot afford to have one on a full-time basis. I have developed relationships with many high quality attorneys who can provide the services I cannot, also at a reasonable price. My goal is to take care of your legal needs so that you can concentrate on running the operations of your business and enjoying your life.

TERENCE P.
