Member of the Site Leadership Team (SLT) and the Supply Chain Extended Leadership Team (SCELT). Develops the functional strategy in direct support of the site objectives & manufacturing plan, ensuring strong functional & site alignment. Oversees & manages all raw material planning processes to ensure continuous drug substance plant operations, including GMP materials planning, procurement, supply strategy & risk mitigation. Responsible for raw material quality, compliance, inventory value & budget including operational expenses in addition to raw materials COGS. Leads the team & ensures maximum utilization of SAP system & appropriate processes are in place in support of manufacturing operations. Leverages both processes & systems to provide timely visibility of material status across the supply chain. Accountable for providing superior customer service to Manufacturing Operations by providing the necessary support to achieve required compliance, quality, production plan & financial expectations.
