Human Resources Senior ExecutiveHR and Business Strategy; Operations; Organizational Development; Change ManagementPrior to joining Live Media Group as the Chief Operations/Administration Officer, over the last decade starting in 2003, Terence Brady was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at NEP Broadcasting as part of their senior management team helping NEP grow organically and through several acquisitions from a domestic broadcasting production company with 140 employees to an international company with 850 employees while increasing revenues into the hundreds of millions of dollars.With the formation of Live Media Group through the merger of Premiere Entertainment and nowlive, Terence has been instrumental working closely with the Board of Directors and CEO to establish strategic business planning; operations, sales, productions and engineering procedures, work -flow process implementation, human resources initiatives, staffing the organization to meet their growth and general management at LMG. At LMG and all prior companies, it has been Terence\'s mission to not only develop, but, also implement strategic business practices, effective operations procedures and human resources initiatives throughout all the divisions of his diverse companies; showing a flexibility to adjust and create new initiatives to fit particular industries and circumstances. Having worked with management, board of directors, staff and the client base at his prior companies, Terence has been able to build strong networks and relationships that have a unique effect on organizations. Prior to NEP, Terence worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Cellomics, Inc-a leading biotech company in the drug discovery industry. Terence also had additional organizational and operational responsibilities within the organization at Cellomics and has also spent time in positions in governmental, non-profit and retail industries.
