I am a natural leader, gifted organizer and a skilled communicator. I excel at being the \"glue\" in organizations. I work well organizing multiple teams to get the job done. I won\'t let things slide when it comes to quality. I believe the \"devil is in the details\" and have a natural curiosity to dig into potential areas of risk, using data analysis where available. When not, I go to the source, asking questions about the design, reviewing the implementation, the testing plan and most importantly the results. I also don\'t believe in lobbing things over to another team with no follow through. I will be there working to make sure the entire team succeeds. When the going gets tough, I am not daunted. I enjoy working through complex issues trying to get to the problem at hand. I enjoy designing innovative, strategic solutions in a collaborative team environment. I am experienced at bringing calm to the chaos. In my previous positions, I have proven my method for successfully bringing order to a chaotic delivery process, creating space for the team to deliver quality, bringing stability and ultimately a strategic vision to the software. Additionally, I am experienced in working in ambiguous environments with minimal direction. Communication is key. I believe in transparency to creates trust. I excel at summarizing and clarifying information. I have developed several tools for gaining meaning across many different audiences and cultures. I have the experience to know my audience and tailor the message to them, whether they love to be in the weeds or just want the executive summary. I believe in the philosophy of the Agile methodology and what value it brings, but practically have worked in a environment where waterfall is the default. I specialize in being generalized, trying to know a little bit about everything, but recognize when I don\'t.
