I believe brands should feel human, relationships should feel intentional, and leadership should feel personal.Neurodiversity & AdvocacyAs a late-diagnosed ADHD woman and mother to an ADHD child, I bring lived experience to my work as host of Backpacking Through ADHD, a podcast exploring the non-linear journey of ADHD across generations. I also serve on the board of the Colorado Neurodiverse Chamber of Commerce, advocating for inclusive workplaces and authentic representation of neurodivergent professionals.The thread connecting my work at SSA, my podcast, and my CNDCC board service is simple: everyone deserves to feel like they belong.
