Public transportation has shaped my career and my passion for leadership.I currently serve as General Manager of DC Streetcar with RATP Dev USA, where I lead daily rail operations, safety management, workforce oversight, and regulatory compliance for the District of Columbia’s streetcar system. My focus is always the same: ensuring safe, reliable transit service while strengthening operational performance and building strong transportation teams.Prior to this role, I served as Director of Light Rail Operations for the Maryland Transit Administration, overseeing system-wide rail operations in the Baltimore region. As General Manager of DC Streetcar Operations & Maintenance, I lead all aspects of daily operations—from workforce management and regulatory compliance to safety oversight and financial performance.• Transitioned the General Manager role from operational growth to contract close-out following early funding termination, overseeing service wind-down, regulatory coordination, and organizational stability.• Directed cross-functional planning for end-of-service activities, including workforce transition, asset disposition, vendor close-out, and client coordination with DDOT and District stakeholders.• Ensure full compliance with FTA, SSOA, and district regulatory requirements.• Lead a unionized and non-represented workforce, overseeing labor relations, discipline, grievance resolution, and contract compliance.• Serve as executive liaison for collective bargaining agreements and workforce strategy.• Develop performance metrics, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective action plans.• Manage budgets, contractor performance, and operational reliability.• Collaborate with DDOT leadership, transportation agencies, and community stakeholders.• Lead emergency preparedness, incident response, and continuity of operations planning.
