Current role: Agile APO - Architect and Product owner for in-house software tools- Technical lead of the software tools team. Current activities- Products definition, architecture, work packages definition, roadmap creation, set priorities and track deliveries - Set-up and implement an agile framework taking care of release planning, sprint definition, sprint demo and retrospectives - Taking care of hiring and ramp-up of new colleagues - Define and facilitate the adoption of best practices for software development with an agile mindset - Migration from monoliths to microservices- Process automation: from user story to release and deployment- Define and implement high quality software architectures with focus on main \"ilities\": reliability, maintainability, scalability, usability, security, extensibility. Specialties: Automation software tools, web products, microservices. Product management. Experienced in automotive, semiconductors, mobile and portable devices, embedded systems, image and video processing. Low-level and embedded software experience. Lab equipment, instrumentation and data acquisition experience.
