ABOUT TEOMAN YUSUF CESUR

Based on medical background, i have had pharmacy industry experience within mass (Cardiovascular and Metabolism TA) and specific (Oncology TA) market via Medical and Marketing point of view. After 4-5 years in Medical Manager position with Global Clinical Trial Design Award, Bayer Medical Project Group Management, Baclan Launch, Virtual HT Guide, Pca Registry Trial Ethic Committe Approval, Emerging Market Cancer Network Project, Prostate Cancer Roadmap (first consensus report with 3 major Oncology Association in Turkey), FUSION (patient pathway project) accomplishments, I accelerate my carrier path to Commercial side as Oncology Product Manager. The achievements in commercial carrier ladder are Leading the Competitiveness Launch, Implentation and Delivery of FUSION, ROTA (Prostate Cancer Optimal Treatment Algorithm to optimize treatments in Prostate Cancer), Oncology Engagement Project, ABC (Account Based Competition). At over-all i have a strong united medical and commercial experience to leverage business needs and opportunities.Currently, i am working as Country Medical Lead which i have the responsibility of MMs & MSLs’ coaching and mentoring, setting medical & business strategy with my counterpart (commercial director), ensuring the launch excellence for pipeline products, elaborating cross-functional process for regulatory approval & reimbursement for innovative medicines, biosimilars and new posology of current marketed products.Additionally i have the responsibility in the core leadership team of AIFD Biotechnology Taskforce and in CEE (Central Eastern Europe) Cluster wise and Global data generation process on behalf of CEE Cluster.
