I am an experienced Project Manager and Leader in Shared Services Industry(15years+) with driver and innovative personality.\"Hands on\" experience of Financial Accounting processes within ERP, automation & standardization related technologies, IT & Tech support, Customer Support. Active in Business Process Optimization, IT Shared Service, Center of Excellence and Global Business Services. I consider myself a strong communicator in diverse environments who by using active listening and breaking down complex concepts in key messages is capable to convey them to all types of audiences and manage stakeholders. Others describe me as a person who will take risks but in a smart way, performance driven and agile. I learned about myself that I can rather excel in a fast pace, I love bringing solutions and have the courage to also take unpopular stances when needed. I like to track and share external trends (bench-marking) to keep up to date with the market. I enjoy giving back, networking and learning actively so I am constantly involved in coaching/mentoring/volunteering programs for Youth and NGO\'s in Germany and in developing countries on topics of my interest like PM(PMI German Chapter), digitalisation topics for small businesses/start-ups, diversity (Woman in PM, Joint Generations), leadership, new work. In a nutshell I am a person of integrity, honest, loyal, focused and determined, who appreciates humour and likes to get things done.
