ABOUT TEODORA DOELER

Production Engineer by Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, where I researched in the areas of economic analysis, management, business development and innovation.While volunteering in i9 Liga de Empreendorismo, I worked closely with many startups, entrepreneurs and investors, developing agile projects to foster entrepreneurship among students and improve their results. Among those, I led the team responsible for creating and managing Conexão i9, a business case solving competition that supported six companies in developing solutions for internal problems, connecting students to mentors and employees. During my internship in a car dealership, I created a system of evaluation of sales, unveiling the real results of negotiations. I have also analysed the overall costs of the operation’s activities, finding target points to improve the performance. Today, I do the same within an agricultural business, managing resources. Problem-solving is the root of my passion for work, and I am stimulated by environments in which I can continuously learn. An analytical profile and a creative mind have allowed me to tackle new challenges in highly dynamic environments. In my free time, I can be found working on novels and short stories or reading a good book. Let’s connect!
