Contributed as a member of the SES (Sustainable Ecosystem Scaling Core Unit), focusing on supporting various DAO teams with recruiting top-tier talent across Engineering (Smart Contract Developers, Web3 Engineers), Product and Business. roles, facilitating the e2e hiring process. Key Responsibilities- Led the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with internal teams to define role requirements and sourcing highly specialized talent- Coordinated and facilitated interviews, assessed candidates, and worked closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment with technical and cultural expectations- Managed the offer process and onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
