I’m an Accountant turned Recruiter. When I decided to make the career change, it was one of the toughest professional decisions I’ve had to make. There was always the fear of the unknown. Looking back now, I’m glad I took that leap of faith because it has allowed me to reach my ultimate end goal, which is to come back home to my dream company to do what I’m passionate about and that’s seeking out talented accountants that will do great things at Hines for many years to come.Every day, I’m striving to get better at ensuring each candidate I interact with has a “WOW” experience throughout the entire interview process. In recruiting, reputation and relationships are everything, and I pride myself on doing things with the highest degree of integrity and ethics. I’m all about finding out accountant’s career aspirations and matching them to opportunities at Hines!I recently became a father to my beautiful daughter and race home as fast as I can after work to see her.
