ABOUT TENZIN DOLMA GYALPO

I\'m a fullstack software engineer with 4 years of experience building products from the ground up at early-stage startups. I’m passionate about creating intuitive, scalable tools that solve real-world problems, and I thrive in fast-moving environments where engineering and product work closely together.At August Schools, an ed-health tech company, I joined as one of the first engineers and helped grow the product from MVP to serving over 60 schools. I led core projects like a dynamic immunization compliance system and a custom form builder used by school nurses and administrators. I collaborated directly with clients, made key UI and backend decisions, and helped scale the platform as the team and user base expanded.I enjoy working across the stack — from backend models and business logic to frontend experience and usability — and I\'m especially drawn to work that requires close collaboration with non-technical stakeholders. I’m also deeply committed to building tech for social impact. One of my favorite projects was building a Tibetan-to-English translation tool during college, a meaningful effort to support language preservation and access.I\'m always open to connecting with engineers, PMs, and founders who are building tools that matter.
