ABOUT TENNILLE PAUL

As a human resources assistant at Berry-It Inc, I support the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks, such as payroll, benefits, hiring, and training. I use ADP Workforce to manage employee data and records, and I ensure accuracy and compliance in all HR processes. I have been working in this role for over a year and a half, and I enjoy contributing to the growth and success of the company and its employees. I also have a strong background and interest in accounting and finance, which I developed through my education and previous work experience. I have a bachelor\'s degree in human resources management and services, and an associate\'s degree in accounting and finance. I worked as a financial relationship consultant and specialist at Regions Bank for two years, where I provided excellent customer service and sales support, and gained knowledge in general accounting principles. I am able to think on my feet and learn any accounting system in a short amount of time, and I am always eager to expand my skills and knowledge in both fields.
