Experienced tax professional with over 20 years of experience between the government sector and Big 4 accounting. I currently work in tech helping the company manage transactions for information reporting and withholding impacts of IRC Chapters 61, 3, and 4. I have extensive experience with IRS examinations and appeals processes by having worked as an IRS Revenue Agent and Appeals Officer while with the government and I have represented clients in both processes in my capacity as Director in a Big 4 Accounting firm. I have been able to effectively combine both my government and consulting experience to bring value to my clients. I also have extensive experience with global information reporting tax matters, specifically IRC Chapters 61, 3 and 4; and Forms 1099, 1042 and 1042-S compliance.
