Creating complex solutions to user challenges through human-centered design for RMP\'s internal and external web applications. Lead UX Design manager on end-to-end web design projects. Leading the creation of UX design strategy and vision for the web applications of this organization, I will manage and establish a workflow for content design while also delivering high-quality visual and interaction design elements.Through UX research strategy, I will measure behavioral metrics, user research findings, and other data-driven insights to design innovative product solutions that delight clients and end-users and meet their needs. I have used Hotjar to track our insights and user behaviors, identifying pain points and enhancing the user journey.Contributing to the overall visual and design framework, ensuring consistent design language and experiences across the organization\'s touchpoints, and a library of design assets for reusability and efficiency. Utilizing Figma to create and assess wireframes, prototypes, and site maps for our web applications to launch new designs.Conducting heuristic evaluations of existing web apps to identify areas for improvement using Hotjar.Upholding high standards of user-centered design, iterating quickly, and testing designs to enhance usability and consistency across touchpoints.Continuously challenge design effectiveness, monitor behavioral analytics, and strategize improvements to optimize user experiences using HotJar insights.Operating effectively in both collaborative environments with web app developers and the communication team, while autonomously managing web and design projects as the sole UX designer for the team.Establishing best practices for web content and improvements in internal user experiences.
