Product Strategy and Portfolio Management: Designing and owning a product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives, considering market trends, consumer needs and the competitive landscape. Managing the overall product portfolio, including assessing product performance, determining new product introductions and overall product lifecycle management- Brand and Marketing Management: Collaborating with the Co-Founders, VP, Marketing,Creative + Art Directors, and the entire product development + creative team(s) to support brand strategy and product marketing, ensuring products and positioning are consistent with brand values- Communicate Annual Launch Timelines to all relevant team members & employees- Interpret company goals by developing creative direction & product mood boards to facilitate product development- Lead weekly (or biweekly, as needed) meeting between Product Development & Marketing to ensure product timelines, relevant needs for Launch, etc are on track and team members are in the loop- Meet monthly with sales team to understand future corporate/wholesale needs and identify gaps in the business to drive development of relevant products- Self-identify issues and deficiencies within current product lineup to better serve our customers to both develop new & reimagine existing product. This may present as creative briefs & mood boards to help steer and guide the development of our products- Created system for real-time input + feedback on the product development process, giving adequate notice & lead time for marketing + sales driven efforts to maintain a reasonable schedule and meet company goals- Act as a liaison between corporate/wholesale (Sales team) & product development on custom projects, driving communication between sales & manufacturing to ensure proper specs are met.
