I lead DE & I to help foster an inclusive workplace culture for employees ensuring that Sodexo attracts, develops, engages, advances and retains a high-performing workforce that reflects the communities we serve. This includes shepherding the development of strategies, action plans, partnerships and thought leadership to drive accountability and outcomes through data and metrics. Areas of responsibility include Employee Business Resource Group communities, Empathetic Leadership, Diversity Data Analytics and Reporting, External Relations, Community Partnerships, and DEI Learning Experiences. I currently serve as Executive Sponsor of Sodexo\'s PRIDE community. At the global level, I am the lead senior executive accountable for the following programs- ROI based Strategic Partnerships - Generations Community - Marketplace Diversity - Intersectionality - APAC region
