I’m a Senior Service Designer who helps teams turn complex problems into clear, human-centered services that people can actually use. I combine design research, systems thinking, and strong facilitation to uncover what users need, where services break down, and what will make the experience better.I translate insights into practical artifacts teams can build from journey maps, experience maps, service blueprints, interaction models, workflows, and prototypes so strategy and execution stay connected. I’ve partnered with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align priorities, make decisions, and deliver improvements across digital experiences and operational processes.Alongside in-house and client work, I also support founders and small businesses through visual storytelling and creative direction.
