Project Delivery & Software Deployment.At Crux OCM, my main responsibilities as a PM include Software deployment and Customer Success activities that require:o Managing projects, on time and on budget utilizing planning tools,o Customer facing meetings to provide project status updates & reporting,o Working with multi-disciplinary (internal and external) teams, balancing opinions and styles, to achieve a common goal within a customer timeline,o Defining scope of work and setting reasonable time estimates,o Using Agile techniques for team & project management,o Through awareness of tasks, priorities, timelines and resources, be able to manage and influence team members to ensure overall work product is progressed,o Preparation of written documentation with clear document structure and systemic development of ideas (SOW, Project Execution Plans, Schedules, etc.),o Managing third party system integration partners,o Demonstrated & effective communication,o Assisting commercial, product and project teams with internal resource allocation,o Project planning, Kick-offs and Close outs,o Coordination of technical reviews & project activities,o PMO improvement (Process & Governance),o Documentation of processes and templates to standardize best practices.For more details, please see resume.
