I advise around veganism, technology, and yoga.I love innovation and have a background in leading engineering teams. There is a particularly pleasant joy I find in the design, development, and implementation of solutions. Most of my success comes through strategic advising. Creating a culture of cohesive and effective engineering practices is my jam.Most of my career was spent in the startup layer of tech. The penny pinching poor one :). Lots of my experience came from sailing the startup seas of challenges in funding and finance. But the engineering and deployment was constant and made us into undaunted builders of applications & systems. Expertise was a reward that come from developing new ideas and solving hard problems for many years. This led to the growth of a dev shop that forced me to better understand how to not only scale systems, but also people.
