As a Performance Analyst within Rotork\'s Global Operations Excellence function, I support sites across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions. My key responsibilities include- Promoting high data quality from all sites utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for manufacturing and service operations- Developing, deploying, and maintaining KPI reports in Power BI for comprehensive data analysis- Using SQL queries to interrogate, manipulate, and interpret large, complex data sets from multiple data sources. Building data models for prompt and efficient data analysis and visualisation- Presenting insights and performance metrics to the senior leadership team and Rotork Management Board (exec-level), fostering data-driven decision-making on a global scale- Automation and scripting to cut down data processing times and improve efficiencies in business processes.
