Technical - Design software solutions from scratch - Understand the whole stack used in the project - Can think about the software solution in general outside the scope of their tasks - AWS Cloud Services - Consistently completing user stories within estimate, with little to no guidance. Completing 8 points (Done status) 90% of stories committed to each sprint (Jira metrics)- Be accountable for readability, scalability and maintainability of project codebases Example: Review Github PRs - Can analyze complex bugs and implement fixes on their own Example: Closing out bug tickets within estimate with little to no guidance. Includes detailed analysis of the fix as well as analysis of further enhancements to support scalability and reliability- Have knowledge of modern software architecture patterns and can work with them within their field Example: Consistently contributing to architecture discussions and implementing proposed solutions in their code - Can learn new technologies, follow trends and incorporate best practice Example: PR reviews, pursuing certifications and courses through Softrams\' Yearn to Learn program Interpersonal- Capture requirements and discuss implementation details externally and internally - Research and present a solution autonomously for an identified business or technical problem - Actively engage in team meetings and providing feedback - Mentor mid and junior developers - Be accountable for the documentation of the solution, such as repository README, process descriptions and system descriptions Example: Github, Jira, Confluence activity
