I thrive when I am working on the hardest problems alongside creative and curious people where our diverse backgrounds and experiences help us design the most innovative solutions. I am passionate about finding patterns and insights in data that help spark creativity, improve productivity or inform better decisions. Specializing in Machine Learning, AI and Generative AI for the last 8+ years means I help customers and users achieve these goals. While I have practiced technical program management for over 10 years, I have had a non-linear career path. My roles have taken me from my engineering comfort zone, through sales, marketing, operations and the executive office. Embracing unfamiliar disciplines has challenged me, requiring rapid upskilling and adaptability. A brief snapshot of what I have learned on my journey: Engineering ignited my passion for deconstructing complex problems and iteratively experimenting to find a solution. It has afforded me opportunities to architect software, write code, define roadmaps, and manage cross functional teams to deliver software that users love. Sales and marketing taught me how to tell a story that inspires customers. I have learned what is important directly from end-users through design thinking discussions and have crafted stories for large audiences through Mobile World Congress keynotes, and multi-million-dollar global marketing campaigns. The executive office and business operations stressed concise, data driven communications designed to inform critical decisions. I have defined metrics, designed dashboards and owned rhythms to help run the end-to-end business. My quest for continuous learning and improvement extends to my personal passions where I can lose hours making nearly imperceptible adjustments in Pro Tools, or pixel level changes in Photoshop.
